Having a Depressed and Alcoholic Partner
[3:41] No other way to put it except for its manipulative and extremely selfish of an individual to go to the extent of committing suicide. It is not right to use suicide as a safety net or assurance of a home. These are red flags that must be avoided.
Getting Help
[8:39] If someone has suicidal tendencies, the best place to look for help are suicide hotlines.
[10:37] Listening to Podcast can also help on ideas how to escape or manage manipulative relationships. You can get different lessons from listening to experiences from unhealthy relationships.

Dealing with Manipulative Relationship.
[22:18] You don’t have to give in to the manipulative behavior. They can use the information you give them against you especially with your sex life. They’ll find your valuable information and use it against you.
Root of Manipulative behavior
[30:22] If you have never seen a healthy relationship in your life, more than likely you are going to repeat it.
[31:44] Manipulation and addictiveness, is different from being passionate. Being passionate is sacrificing something for your partner.
[32:49] Kids can absorb this kind of behavior when they see it. It makes them think that it is okay to be that way.
[35:12] People should not manipulate you from your desires and goals. You need to benefit from what you are in to.
[38:07] You will come across experiences from the roots how verbal abuse or manipulative behavior affects people.
Healing from past relationships and experiences
[40:36] Avoid getting into a new relationship until you are healed from the past. You will damage yourself and your partner on the process and that is selfish.
Finding out where you compromise.
[42:56] Think of a time where you compromise. That’s kind of when a manipulative person can come in and interject. Take an account for yourself. It might be hard but necessary.
[47:55] There is no judgement. A lot of times it is probably programmed to their mind. You don’t know the situation until you are in that situation.
Keynotes
[31:24] Passion is you’re sacrificing something for the betterment of another person. That’s passion.[35:12] They shouldn’t be pulling you away from your destiny, they shouldn’t be pulling you away from what you truly desire, because we all are worthy enough to receive what we desire.
